The Sun and the Moon

The sun sets in a fiery blaze, As orange and pink light up the sky.
It paints the clouds in hues of gold,
As it bids us all goodbye.
The moon rises in its silver glow,
A beacon in the darkening sky.
It guides us through the night ahead,
As stars begin to twinkle high.
The day and night in harmony,
A dance of light and dark.
The sun and moon in perfect balance,
Nature's constant spark.
The sun may set, the moon may rise,
But in each other they confide.
For they know that when one is gone,
The other will still abide.
So as the sun sets and the moon rises,
Let us take a moment to see.
The beauty in their constant changing,
Nature's poetry.
